- He has performed 35,000+ coronary, renal, carotid, and peripheral angioplasties and pioneered electrophysiology in India by establishing the first department at a leading hospital in Delhi.
- Dr. Kler was the first doctor in India to implant ICD, CRT-P, and CRT-D devices and the first to perform HIS Bundle Pacing in 2015.
